LET ME COMMENT!!!

I cannot comment at all, and I have looked everywhere for how to, and yes, I confirmed my email. there is not a "VIEW DESKTOP SITE" button, and there is no box to fill out. does anyone know why the heck I cannot comment on wiki pages.
