Ollie Bulb's Personality[]
I don't think we can consider Ollie Bulb emotional anymore. One can clearly see him have no hesitance in bashing Cuphead around in Comic Capers and judging from the screenshot of him and his pack. So, summary: he's not emotional, he's an absolute wimp who doesn't want to do one-on-ones. He will gladly accept peace if it means he doesn't have to take on people alone.
I'm also inferring that from this that his death quote is, in fact, him mocking the player, in where he's actually telling the player "hey, you didn't beat me. go cry about your loss!"
Then again... who knows. I'm definitely missing the part where he was a grocer and whatever.
