Shelly is an unused NPC that appears in the game demo. She would have stood in the center of Inkwell Isle Two next to Coin-Op-Bop.
Appearance[]
Shelly is an anthropomorphic peanut with yellow hair, brown arms and legs wearing a lavender bandana with a purple stripe and knot. She also wears plain white gloves and a stylish pair of white heels. She also appears to have red lipstick.
Personality[]
Since she's a scrapped character, not much is known about her personality, but we can assume that she really likes Arcade games since she was the one to inform the player about the Coin-Op-Bop level.
