Okay guys, I think I found the BEST weapons for cagney carnation.
Using the Twist-Up for phase 1(stay on the ground and use the twist-up.
And Lobber for the 2nd phase.(You should have enough to use some EX's, therefore you can get in some REALLY good damage and beat cagney carnation with ease.)
(P.S. - This works for simple, regular, and expert(maybe)).
(P.S. - you can use ANY other weapon of your choice for Shot-B. But I would prefer the Lobber since it does great damage.)

Inkwell Isle 1: Cagney Carnation because he seems like a nice fellow and he looks super cool, also flowers are epic!
Inkwell Isle 2: Grim Matchstick because he deserves a lot of love even though he is most hated boss!
Inkwell Isle 3: Cala Maria because she is so awesome and I mean game version since she is nicer in the game realm
Inkwell Isle 4: Esther because she is super friendly and I love cute cow girls! She also has the cutest phases in the game!

This will be a series where I give you some tips, tricks, and tidbits about a certain boss, one for each post. Except this post will have more than one boss, Don't question it.
Goopy Le Grande: Goopster The Big is one of the easiest bosses to S-Rank. No thought required. Use whatever, just remember you need to parry all three question marks!
The Rook Pack: Easiest boss in the game if you don't count king dice battles. Don't kill the first phase too fast to get your parries in. I'd recommend getting the secret phase, as the onion might catch you off guard. Please don't bring Lobber to the final phase.
Cagney Carnation: Cagney Carnival's first phase is the only hard part. If you have the DLC, you should be using Converge for this. Roundabout or Spread could work if you don't have it. Once you've beaten the first phase, don't let your guard down. You could still get hit. Alternatively, you can use Crackshot and stand in the corner aiming upwards in the first phase.

Foral Fury: The Devil recruits Cagney Carnation to steal Cuphead's soul(since he still recovering from the sweater incident). Cagney arrives at Cuphead and Mugman's house, entangles it in vines and kidnaps Elder Kettle. Cagney forces the boys to hand over Cuphead's soul or else.
With no other options left, Cuphead and Mugman ask Pork Rind(who is a little bitter towards them, following the whole delivery incident) for help. Despite his bitterness, Pork Rind gives the two new powers similar to the game. With these new powers, Cuphead and Mugman use their new powers to defeat Cagney and save Elder Kettle. Disappointed over Cagney's failure, The Devil decides to find more lackeys to steal Cuphead's soul. What do you think?
I defeated angel and demon, I defeat a few bosses with the cursed relic and now I man the legendary ( Divine relic)
He is a stereotypical nerd, he likes reading and math. Also, he likes movies. Many times he plays brave, but he is actually very fearful, and he has arachnophobia. He's allergic to pollen, so Cagney Carnation wouldn't suit him too well lol. He is a friend of the Cup Bros, and many times a rival of Mugman. I will give more details about him later.
