So what exactly is an integer overflow?

Think of the mile counter on the odometer of your vehicle. They have a min value of 0 and a max of 99999. What if you drove one more mile? Of course, the counter would reset back to zero, or even make the car go backwards to roll back the odometer.

What are examples of integer overflow?

• Gangnam Style's view count above 2,147,483,647. YT needed to upgrade to 64-bit to prevent it.

• The Tree of Wisdom from Plants vs. Zombies. After reaching the max height of 2,147,483,647 feet, it will go back to a sapling and needs to be fed 2,147,483,647 times before its height goes back to zero.

• A famous example of this is Y2K, where years were named by their last two digits. For example, 1936 would be "36". On January 1, 2000, computer clocks will reset the year date to "00", making 2000 indistinguishable from 1900.

Guys, as a Cuphead veteran and somewhat good player at the game (my opinion) I’ve stayed on the fan base for a while. However, I’ve grown somewhat bored of it now. Most of the theories are garbage and just don’t make any sense. So now, I would like you guys to give me the best storylines, theories, or ideas that you have for Cuphead. They don’t have to be yours and they can come from other ppl’s theories. This includes both the game and the show. Ik I prob won’t get much answers bc this wiki is nearly dead, but I hope to get at least some. So, have fun and comment away!

Oh yeah i forgot to add i go by any pronouns (I'm genderfluid) and my favorite characters are KD, mugman (I usually play as him instead of cuphead), and Pachi-Pachi (Ngl i wish they were in game) i also like henchman (From TCS idk if he has a name lol)

So hundreds of years ago when Chalice was in the Calix Animi I believe that she was commanding the war against the devil and his minions, and went to confront the devil himself, and they fought with Chalice ultimately losing. Her body crumbled to ash and her head cracked and the life essence drain from the top of her head, which contained her soul, which is the little heart. When chalice was rising to heaven, she wasn't ready. she didn't want to die yet, so while she was in the astral plane, (which is right before heaven) she took out her soul, and let it float up, so she could move by her own again. This is why the legendary chalice isn't seen with a soul. You have to have a soul to get into heaven. She was able to create a portal from the astral plane to the world below her, and if she was in the normal world for too long she would melt and would never return. That's why she was stressed and was calling for help when she was in the urn. The ghosts can't hurt her, because she doesn't have her soul, which is parriable like the ghosts. if 2 parriable things touch then they both get parried, as seen in the phantom express fight. So she wasn't scared about the ghosts getting her, but rather not being able to return to the astral plane in time before she melts. The reason why Ms.Chalice looks different compared to before she died is because she goes and takes the soul and body of the host when they eat the cookie, leaving them like her, a ghost that is in the astral realm, and with the soul of the host, she turns into an alive version of her self with many characteristics of the host. • The P-Rank has a real-life application: you get a "P-Rank" in life if you don't hurt anyone.

• You can activate the divine relic by fighting only The Devil and Chef Saltbaker. In fact, you only need to fight each of them twice.

Is the Delicious Last Course confirmed to be the last DLC/Update to base-game Cuphead? I really want to see the game continue growing and it would be a bummer if this is the end.
